Planning
     Land North of Fern Villa - demolition of kennels and erection of two dwellings (permission refused)

Llanteg Bus Stop
Part of the verge near the crossroads by the bus stop was constantly being churned up by vehicles parking on the verge.  It was an area of about 20 metres by 3 metres.
The councillor reporting the matter wondered if it would be possible to tarmac or grave this area.  A request would be made.

Llanteg Community Association
On the 28th September there will be a Dylan Thomas Birthday Walk at Laugharne.
The new organisation is called the Llanteg Village Hall and Community Association.

Planning
     The Meadow - erectiion of dwelling (no objection)
     Land South of The Meadow - erection of dwelling (permission refused).
     Land West of Crunwere House - erection of wind turbine.
     Land South of Crosslands Road - erection of wind turbine and associated works (notice of committee      meeting Spetember 3rd).
     Crunwere House - agricultural building (permission granted)

Rubbish Collection
Black bags and glass collection would be carried out fortnightly from October 14th.  
Recycling and food waste would continue to be collected weekly.

September 28th - Dylan Thomas Birthday Walk.
lanteg ommunity Association no longer exists as it has merged with the Llanteg Village Hall becoming one body.

Planning
     Crofty Nursery - certificate of lawful use or development - use as a garden centre.
     Crunwere House - construction of agricultural building (objections raised).

New Councillor
 Patrick Hayes was appointed Councillor.

Llanteg Community Association
Saturday 13th July - walk around Carew - details to follow.
Saturday 28th September - Dylan Thomas's Birthday Walk.

     Land south of The Meadow - erection of dwelling (no objection).

Correspondence 
Welsh Water contacted the Clerk to say all homes had been offered free septic tank emptying for 12 months and it had only been taken up by one.

Rubbish Collection
The question was raised as to when the fortnightly black bag collection would begin.  Clr Brinsden said it would possibly be in the late autumn.  This would apply to black bags only and orange bags would be collected weekly as at present.

Llanteg Community Association
Saturday 13th July - walk around Carew - details to follow.
Saturday 28th September - Dylan Thomas's Birthday Walk.
The Hall, Clay Pits and School Gates (actually Gardens) are the property of Amroth Community Council and an amalgamation had been proposed between the Village Hall Committee and the Llanteg Community Association.

     Parsonage Farm, Amroth - erection of single 10kw wind turbine (application has been withdrawn)
     12 Llanteg Park - extension to dwelling (permission granted)
     Crunwere House - agricultural building (permission refused).

New Councillor
Patrick Hayes had applied to be a Community Councillor.

Llanteg Community Association
The March 9th walk went ahead and was very successful.
A Quiz Evening is to be held on Saturday 18th May at 7.30pm.  Teams of four and £5 per person.
Saturday 13th July - walk around Carew - details to follow.
Saturday 28th September - Dylan Thomas's Birthday Walk.

Appointment of New Councillor
A notice was to be put on the community notice boards drawing particular attention to the vacancy.

Other Matters
Application for the agricultural shed at Crunwere House - this has been refused.

Next Meeting
Llanteg Village Hall 16th May with the AGM followed by main meeting.

Planning
     12 Llanteg Park—extension to dwelling (no objection)

     Parsonage Farm, Amrotherection of single 12kw wind turbine (objections raised)

     Ffynnon Hafod, Tavernspitenew access track and widening of the existing farm access (permission granted)
Concerns were raised about planning applications being late to arrive with the Clerk.  A letter was sent to PCC regarding this matter.

Correspondence
PCC have adopted the Local Development Plan which can be seen online at www.pembrokeshire.gov.uk/planning

Top Dressing
This would be done some time in May and involved Ledgerland Lane.

Defibrillator
One councillor wondered if we should have a defibrillator at each or both of the community halls (Llanteg and Amroth).  This was discussed and the cost and management of the defibrillator were raised as significant factors.

Crunwere Councillor
We will be looking for a new community councillor to represent Crunwere Ward.
